My name is Cassandra DeMaris.

We specialize in empowering our clients’ individuality through exceptional creativity, craftsmanship, and support. We work hard to create environments that are comfortable and inclusive.

HOW IT STARTED

In August of 2016 my cousin got married and my mom volunteered to do the decor for the wedding. We transformed a senior center into a magical environment and the Texas Wedding lady was born. Over the next few years, my love for design and elevating events flourished. My grandfather was an incredible carpenter, he has custom built various decor pieces that are unlike anything on the market. Pouring his love and care into well crafted tables and shadow boxes, he has crafted a unique inventory of design pieces. My mom has decided to end the Texas Wedding Lady to enjoy retirement, making way for Black Sheep Affairs to be born. I want to continue the tradition and share the exceptional pieces my grandfather created to elevate people’s special occasions.
